TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Description:</b></p><p>• The Systems Analyst (BA) responsibilities will be conducting requirements gathering sessions and other BA activities with a large diverse set of Product Controllers and Finance Controllers for medium to large size project initiative and able to provide high level key deliverable plan and detail break down of major tasks understanding the various Capital Market Products and ability to differentiate various trade economics mapping and tracing source data to WSB applications and understanding impact work on requirements gathering and solution design for change requests and major programs.</p><p>• This position requires a lot of interpersonal interaction at all levels within the organization, from technical personnel to high level management, excellent communication skills are a must for this role.</p><p><b>Required Skill Set:</b></p><p>• Undertake BA responsibilities of multiple strategic applications involving Capital Market Products</p><p>• Understand the various financial products traded on Markets in RBC and how they have been modeled e.g. MBS, Bonds, Rate Derivatives etc.</p><p>• Be familiar with booking and settlement process and concepts of trades, positions, and sub-ledger, price valuations.</p><p>• Analyze existing data models built on MS Access and co-relate Business requirements to gaps in Data models and build solutions.</p><p>• Analysis and document Business and Functional requirements from business stakeholders.</p><p>• Lead and facilitate collaborative sessions with business stakeholders to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.</p><p>• Get familiar with current data models and systems.</p><p>• Perform data analysis and reverse engineering, to access the current and future states and perform gap analysis.</p><p>• Identify upstream and downstream dependencies.</p><p>• Construct data flow diagrams, business, and system context diagrams, create design solutions.</p><p>• Work closely with the development teams to ensure there is full understanding and proper execution of requirements in a timely manner.</p><p>• Provide hands-on support during various cycles of testing including Functional Testing, Systems Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.</p><p>• Adopt Agile methodologies to enable periodic implementations.</p><p>• Scrum Management experience, provide high level key deliverable plan and detail break down to user stories and major tasks providing guidance and leadership through to the scrum team during all project phases ability to handle pressure with multiple priorities.</p><p>• Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties.</p><p>• Work with tools and platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL and be willing to learn ad hoc</p><p>• Must-have bachelor's or master's degree.</p><p>• Preferably Technology or Business.</p><p>• Good years of Business Systems Analysis experience in fast-paced environment</p><p>• Expert knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis</p><p>• Good Capital Markets product knowledge, particularly derivatives</p><p>• Proven Data Analysis experience and project</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Note: </b>TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
