Job Description:

The Senior Accountants responsibilities Include:


  • Prepares and records assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

  • Performs monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecast.

  • Analyzes records of monthly transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries.

  • Reconciles balance sheet and profit and loss statement.

  • Review invoices for accuracy.

  • Prepare review bank reconciliation for various accounts.

  • Ability to train and review the work of accountants and accounting clerks for accuracy.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

    • TMGCT

    Job Requirements:

  • CPA designation or CPA designation in progress

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills a MUST

  • Advanced knowledge of computer applications/ERP system related to accounting and financial management

  • Commercial Real Estate industry experiences a strong asset

  • An understanding of PSF accounting is a huge asset

  • Quick learner and self motivated who can keep up in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Must be detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
