We are a family of four and recently welcomed our second baby. Our older child is 3 years old and will be starting kindergarten in September. We value kindness, clear communication, and creating a safe, nurturing environment, and we are looking for someone who would feel comfortable becoming a trusted part of our familys routine.We are seeking part-time help beginning in January, with the possibility of transitioning to a more fixed schedule (5 days a week) from February onward. I am currently on maternity leave and would appreciate support with both children, though the primary focus will be our 3-year-old.
Our firstborn is playful, energetic, and curious, and he really enjoys engaging, attentive company. He loves outdoor play, books, drawing, and imaginative activities. He is currently adjusting to having a younger brother, so this is a period of transition, but he is overall very loving, kind, and affectionate.
