<p><b>Job Description </b></p><p><b>Onsite 5 Days a Week in Longueuil, Quebec</b></p><p><b>Permanent </b></p><p><b>$200,000/yr-$240,000/yr </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>What will your day-to-day look like?</b></p><ul><li>Analyze, design, and develop SAP ECC/APO/IBP Production planning, Demand planning, and supply planning solutions to fit business and technical objectives.</li><li>Lead the design of future advanced planning solutions as the company transforms to SAP S/4 HANA journey.</li><li>Design, document, and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solution.</li><li>Manage/administer planning specific platforms (SAP, IBP, APO).</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise during implementations of operations planning projects leveraging our current planning applications such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP.</li><li>Configure SAP PP and MM module and act as an internal expert on SAP capabilities in the operations planning area.</li><li>Researching and suggesting best practices related to various elements of Demand/Supply Planning, Operational Planning, and Inventory Optimization.</li><li>Coordinates system integration testing based on user or system design specifications.</li><li>Provide application design guidance and consultation, based on a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.</li><li>Advise business partners on intended and optimal use of the systems and assist with process development.</li><li>Find and propose innovative solutions that enable process automation, leveraging best practices and technologies within the company's application processes and architecture.</li><li>Analyze highly complex business requirements and problems to ensure logic and design is in alignment with the core architecture of the systems / applications.</li><li>Analyze existing product software and recommends modifications which enhance operating capacity and meet business requirements.</li><li>Assist in managing expectations with both business and DT stakeholders regarding functionality, scope, and deliverables.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What do you need to be successful?</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology or related technical field with 10 years' experience. Or a Masters degree with 8+ years of related experience.</li><li>Hands on experience in configuring and supporting process design in SAP Production Planning/MRP, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and PP/DS and other advanced planning software such as SAP IBP.</li><li>Understanding of SAP Master Data related to planning - Material Master, Bills of Materials, Production Versions, Routing, APO master data, SAP CIF.</li><li>Experience in integrating with other SAP modules.</li><li>Have implemented multiple end-to-end life cycle projects.</li><li>Experience with industry standard ERP system implementations (waterfall and agile methodologies).</li><li>Business domain knowledge about Demand planning, MRP/Supply planning.</li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies & take on new projects to grow experience.</li><li>Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environments.</li><li>Ability to lead technical teams or lead projects.</li><li>Technical experience and a working knowledge in SAP ECC MRP highly desired skill set in manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience in SAP S/4 HANA.</li><li>Experience/knowledge working in an aerospace environment is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong project management, analytical and technical skills.</li><li>Highly self-directed and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results.</li><li>Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership.</li></ul><p>This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues. </p><p><br></p><p><b>What do we offer?</b></p><ul><li>Pension and savings plan with employer contributions</li><li>Group insurance program</li><li>Opportunities for advancement (career progression)</li><li>Merit or recognition program</li><li>Health and wellness program, including virtual health care</li><li>Recreational and sports club</li><li>Nearby daycares</li><li>Transportation accessibility or public transit program and free parking</li></ul>
