Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in performance testing with a minimum of 5+ years in SAP performance testing.
  • 5+ years of LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis) experience
  • Good understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, WM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with performance engineering concepts (bottleneck analysis, tuning, monitoring).
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to JMeter or Neoload.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration performance testing.
  • Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
