We are looking for a Sales Director to complete our sales leadership team. You will be responsible for the business development of the region and the leadership of your five sales team members located in California and customers in the Western United States.

As the Sales Director, you will develop and define the sales strategy in order to achieve the objectives and prepare action plans. You are responsible for planning the activities related to your departments annual cycle and ensure that they run smoothly. With the help of your Sales team, you will work on leading the sales force of your territory by creating a strategic plan, participating on the development of new markets, and building a strong sales team culture.



CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • You hold a degree in horticulture, in agriculture or any other relevant training
  • You are a manager with 10 years of leadership experience in the field.
  • You are available to travel on a regular basis within North America.
  • You possess knowledge of western floriculture and specialty ag markets is preferred.

With your proven track record of successful results, your ability to mentor and inspire you team as well as your ability to share corporate vision and strategies, you are the person we are looking for!
