Are you a highly driven, results orientated individual who is ready to take the first step towards an exciting career in a company committed to your success? Marino’s Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant at Volvo Metro West in Etobicoke!
The Sales Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Metro West. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Volvo Metro West. If have a passion for customer service, a sales oriented background, and a drive for creating long lasting customer relationships, then this role is for you!
Key responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs.
- Respond to client concerns and questions. 
- Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.  
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years in a sales background.
- Valid OMVIC certification.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Loves a fast paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience with PBS software considered an asset.
Working Environment:
- Hours: 40 Hours per week
- Working in Sales Department
Compensation:
- Expected compensation range: $70,000- $120,000
- The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.
This compensation encompasses commission, non-discretionary performance bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
