<br>Position Overview:<br>Reporting to the Head of Department Manager, CRR, the Sales and Business Analyst engages internal business units to identify and quantify improvement opportunities, analyze business needs, and implement solutions. The mandate is to act as the bridge for the business, ensure effective use of technology, drive efficient cross-departmental process flow, and improve both internal and external customer experience. This role involves analyzing data in Power BI, evaluate and report on sales performances, evaluate dealer, team performance, presenting findings to key internal stakeholders, making recommendations to the management team, and to improve overall internal processes. <br><br>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Track, gather, analyze, and report performance on the dealer support team and dealer parts operations by using internal databases</li><li>Maintain, update, and build new measurements or models in Power BI</li><li>Prepare month-end reports documenting result and performance of Dealer Support, Customer Experience, Sales Planning and Pricing</li><li>Assemble company-wide Distributor's month-end packages and reports</li><li>Assist with ad hoc report development of data queries and presentations</li><li>Support pricing team with price changes and new pricing as backup function when needed</li><li>Develop strong internal relationships with business stakeholders </li><li>Coordinate and assist in various projects assigned</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of analytical skills</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst role supporting customer service, sales,or market research</li><li>Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with business intelligence and data visualization experience</li><li>Degree/Diploma in Business, Project Management, Statistics, and/or related program</li><li>Advanced skills with Microsoft Power BI</li><li>Advanced skills with building SQL queries</li><li>Experience in automotive industry an asset</li><li>Bilingual in English/French is an asset</li><li>Solid organization, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical skills, and project & time management skills</li><li>Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment </li><li>Able to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment</li></ul>
