Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads in your city, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners
- Provide expert recommendations on roofing solutions tailored to each home
- Prepare quotes, explain product options, and close deals
- Work alongside our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Desire to grow personally and professionally
