Split Rock Properties is currently seeking an experienced Resident Manager (Apartment Building Live-In Superintendent) to join our growing team.</p><p>Position: Resident Manager (Live-In)<br><br>Location: Multiple properties across HRM and surrounding areas<br><br>Compensation: Competitive rent discount or fully covered unit, plus additional compensation based on duties and experience</p><p>What You'll Do:<br><br>As a Resident Manager, you will live onsite and be the primary point of contact for residents and maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Daily building checks and general upkeep</li><li>Coordinating and performing minor maintenance and repairs</li><li>Responding promptly to tenant concerns and emergencies</li><li>Overseeing cleanliness and order in common areas</li><li>Managing unit turnovers and showing available units</li><li>Working closely with Split Rock's property management team</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For:</p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Resident Manager, Live-In Superintendent, or equivalent is preferred</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Basic handyman or maintenance knowledge</li><li>Ability to handle issues professionally and efficiently</li><li>A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a customer-service mindset</li><li>Must be comfortable living onsite and being available for after-hours emergencies</li></ul><p>Why Join Split Rock Properties?<br><br>We pride ourselves on fostering respectful, supportive work environments at all our buildings.
