HOURLY RATE: $19.29FULL OR PART-TIME HOURS:Full Time: Average 4-5 shifts/weekPart Time: Average 1-3 shifts/weekWHAT WILL I BE DOING?The Repair Shop Technician provides ski and snowboard tuning and repairs to our day and overnight guests.Able to explain technical terms in a manner that the guest will understand.Conduct the following repairs, (under supervision), to both guest and rental equipment: sidewall repairs, edge repairs, installation of bindings, top sheet repairs and general tune ups.Make recommendations to guests for additional services based on their equipment and/or snow conditions.Tune and repair the rental fleet to the schedule directed by the Supervisor or Coordinator.WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?Physically fit and able to lift 40lbs.Basic knowledge of ski/board construction and binding design and function.Must achieve 80% or higher on multiple binding manufacturer exams.Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays including, Christmas Break, Family Day Weekend and March Break.AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSEBLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEWBlue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
