<p>As <b>Regional Manager, Clinical Services</b>, you will provide strategic clinical leadership across multiple <b>Parkland Retirement Living</b> sites in <b>Nova Scotia</b>. Ensure regulatory compliance, elevate care standards, mentor clinical leaders to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Passionate about quality improvement and coaching teams? <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop clinical leaders and Regional Clinical Partners to ensure safe, high quality care delivery.</li>
<li>Partner with Divisional Lead and General Managers to evaluate clinical performance, identify risk, and implement improvement strategies.</li>
<li>Oversee programs such as infection prevention and control (IPAC), nursing quality improvement, and utilization review.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Monitor clinical indicators and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Deliver and oversee onboarding, training, and education for clinical teams.</li>
<li>Travel regularly to communities to provide leadership and support.</li>
</ul>

<li>Audit readiness and regulatory compliance maintained across all communities.</li>
<li>Resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes trending positively.</li>
<li>Clinical leaders coached and empowered to deliver excellence.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate degree or diploma in nursing or practical nursing (RN preferred; LPN considered).</li>
<li>Current registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, including at least five years of direct patient or resident care.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of leadership experience overseeing clinical operations (retirement living, long-term care, or community health preferred).</li>
<li>Experience leading teams in a unionized environment.</li>
<li>Advanced degree in nursing or leadership (MN, MScN, Med, MBA) considered an asset.</li>
<li>Specialized training in gerontology, dementia care, palliative care, IPAC, or related areas is an asset.</li>
