Pilates Haus is a boutique Pilates studio in Pickering dedicated to strength, balance, and energy. We specialize in reformer-based classes that empower clients of all levels through movement, mindfulness, and connection.
We’re looking for a passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team and help foster a welcoming, encouraging, and inspiring environment for our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises with emphasis on proper form and technique
- Offer personalized feedback and modifications to ensure client safety and progress
- Foster a supportive and motivating class environment that promotes inclusivity and confidence
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Communicate professionally with clients about goals, progress, and concerns
- Collaborate with the studio team on class development and client engagement
- Promote classes and wellness tips through social media to strengthen community connection
Qualifications
- Certified in Reformer Pilates (required)
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor — preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about client success
- Comfortable leading group classes and working with clients of all fitness levels including group and private classes
- Available for morning block, evening block and weekend classes
Compensation & Schedule
- $40–$60 CAD per class (based on experience and certification)
- Part-time role with flexible scheduling
- 8–15 classes per week, with potential to grow as the studio expands
