We are seeking a Receptionist for a client in the restoration industry. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, optimizing the daily calendar for efficiency.
- Maintain and organize office records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing client needs with courtesy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office functionality.
- Manage the schedule for employees
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Knowledge about insurance claims software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding service.
