We’re looking for a Proposal Manager who is ready to make an impact and support the continued growth of our organization.

As a Proposal Manager, you will:

  • Lead the full bid and proposal development process, ensuring submissions are polished, accurate, and aligned with Plan Group’s brand, best practices, and client expectations. This includes writing, editing, coordinating, designing, and producing proposal materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leaders throughout each RFI/RFP cycle to manage schedules, gather content, and develop high-quality submission materials.
  • Monitor bid portals and industry opportunities to support a healthy and growing sales pipeline. Maintain company registrations and conduct ongoing keyword and opportunity reviews.
  • Manage and maintain our SharePoint site and bid library, ensuring all documents, templates, and resources are current and easily accessible.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to contribute to the success of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in proposal management, ideally within Mechanical/Electrical Services, Construction, or Facility Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly across multiple formats.
  • A university degree in Engineering, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. APMP certification (or equivalent) is considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
