Job Description
Sheriff Corporation is the Landlord for Office, Commercial & Industrial properties in the GTA area. Our Head office is located in Vaughan.<br><br>Our company is currently seeking a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Administrator in our Property Management Department, assisting our Property Managers in the daily operations of our real estate portfolio.<br><br>Duties:<ul><li>Processing P.O.'s.</li><li>Correspond with tenants and property owners.</li><li>Assist in addressing tenant complaints and contractual work.</li><li>Follow up and follow through on a timely basis.</li><li>Work effectively with our team of maintenance staff.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to work efficiently with little supervision, and well organized.</li><li>5+ years' experience in property management.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel.</li></ul>About Gottardo Group of Companies:<br><p>We are a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder and General Contractor, along with a Masonry Company. <br>Our Head Office is located in Vaughan. <br><br></p>
