About the Job:Sheriff Corporation is the Landlord for office, commercial & industrial properties in the GTA area. Our Head office is located in Vaughan.<br><br>
Our company is currently seeking a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Administrator in our Property Management Department, assisting our Property Manager in the daily operations of our real estate portfolio.<br><br>Duties:<ul><li>Processing P.O.'s. </li><li>Correspond with tenants and property owners.</li><li>Assist in addressing tenant complaints and contractural work.</li><li>Follow up and follow through on a timely basis.</li><li>Work effectively with our team of maintenance staff.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to work with efficiently with little supervision, and well organized.</li><li>5+ years' experience in property management.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel.</li></ul>
