Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.</li><li>Rigorously manage all aspects of purchase orders: documentation, communication, fulfillment and billing.</li><li>Monitor the progress of projects and deal with problems as they arise (flag and elevate to management if necessary). Follow up with the customer to guarantee the brand promise and a delivery that meets the needs of the project.</li><li>As necessary, negotiate prices and conditions of sale with suppliers in the best interests of the customer, while respecting acceptable margins.</li><li>Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.</li><li>Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date and stay abreast of new developments in order to respond effectively to customers’ needs.
