<br>Location: In-Office, 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON.<br><br>Qualifications and/or Educational Requirements:<ul><li>1-2 years of Canadian experience (Project Coordinator or Project Administrator) is a must.</li><li>Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician certificate or Degree, any Architectural Certificates, Certified Project Manager, etc.</li><li>Able to read blueprints and understand elevations.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong Computer skills in Excel, Word Pro, Auto Cad, Microsoft Project Manager, and Adobe Reader.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a good driver's abstract.</li></ul>
<br>Job Duties:<ul><li>Work alongside the Project Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the successful planning and execution of projects.</li><li>Assist in all phases of the construction project, including; coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job. </li><li>Assist in hiring of sub trades, purchasing of materials, complete the daily and weekly project schedule, etc.</li><li>Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.</li><li>Attend various site meetings with clients, architects, engineers, etc. as may be required, and maintain an excellent working relationship with them.</li><li>Review the project costs vs. planned cost and report to the Project Manager.</li></ul>
