As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale engagements involving cross-functional teams consisting of on-shore and offshore professionals.

Your leadership and expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining high standards of excellence. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions that drive project success within agreed-upon KPIs.

What you will be doing:

Manage and oversee large-scale engagements involving on-shore and offshore teams of 200-500 professionals.

Lead and execute programs across diverse roles, including project managers, product managers, development managers, architects, QA managers, leads, DevOps specialists, and more, spanning multiple streams, applications, platforms and shared services.

Demonstrate expertise in managing substantial offshore transitions and engagements, particularly with Indian offshore development centres.

Skillfully manage executive-level presentations and lead executive steering committee meetings with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and other high-level stakeholders.

Utilize a strong background in running Project Management Offices (PMOs) and managing large-scale programs to drive efficiency and excellence.

Ensure accountability for project delivery, maintaining optimal team sizes with the required skill sets and up-skilling the workforce as necessary.

Drive project success within agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to budget, resource allocation, and quality.

What you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.

8+ years of experience with at least 4 years in managing complex engagements within the technology industry.

Expertise overseeing teams across various roles, including project management, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps.

Strong skills in managing offshore teams, particularly with Indian offshore development centres.

Proven ability to deliver high-impact executive-level presentations and lead discussions with C-level stakeholders.

Background in running PMOs and managing large-scale programs.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

PMP or PgMP certification is a plus

Dedication to project delivery and meeting KPIs.

Commitment to maintaining optimal team structures and up-skilling initiatives.

Salary/Rate Range: $140,000 – $160,000
