About The Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our small dynamic multi-product design team to help us shape digital services that serve the public sector. Euna is a mission-driven company where you will work on high-impact projects that improve how people interact with government systemsmaking them more accessible, efficient, and human-centered.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end design for multiple products with a focus on our Grants product.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring features from wireframes to prototypes to high-definition designs.
• Lead and conduct user research sessions including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and more.
• Translate those research sessions into actionable insights including but not limited to user personas and journey maps.
• Present designs and user insights clearly to key stakeholders, including non-designers.
• Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability best practices are atthe forefront of your design process.

Who You Are

• You are passionate about workingfor a mission-driven company and designing for good.
• Years are only a number, but you have had 2+years of experience designing for a SaaS organization with a focus on web applications.
• You have a strong portfolio that communicates collaboration, creativity, and innovative approaches to problem solving.
• You are organized and self-driven. You can prioritize, manage, and work on multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality or standards.
• You have worked with Figma extensively, understand how to work within design systems, and create proto types to communicate your ideas to broader product and engineering teams.
• Details matter to you. Poor organization, hierarchies, or spacing bothers you. Pixel perfection is something you strive for, but you also understand when you need to sacrifice perfection to hit a launch date.
• Designing can be an introverted profession, but you work well with other designers and take feedback thoughtfully.
• Yourecurious. The government tech space can be confusing and complex at times, but youre interestedin learning about it and helping clearly communicate it to others.
• You understand how accessibility standards like the ADA andWCAG fit intothe design process so that your designs can be used byeveryone.
  

Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, Ontario office. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
