Clerks will support and follow Italian Centre Shop Ltd. mission and values.</p><p><strong>Schedule Details</strong></p><ul><li>Monday to Sunday Availability </li><li>Shifts vary between 7:00 a.m. till 9:15 p.m. </li><li>Mornings, Mid-day, Evenings, General Holidays, and Weekends Required</li></ul><p><strong>Here are some of the perks we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Free Lunch with most shifts</li><li>Yearly bonus</li><li>Health Benefits for full time employees</li><li>Opportunities to learn and grow</li><li>Onsite Parking</li><li>Flexible work schedule</li></ul><p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Rotating produce in cooler and on floor regularly</li><li>Working in coolers by putting produce away</li><li>Stocking shelves and bins</li><li>Cleaning and packaging produce for displays</li><li>Assisting customers locate items when required</li><li>Keeping work area clean and free of debris</li><li>Assist with shipping and receiving of produce</li><li>Mark incoming produce with receiving dates</li><li>Suggestion selling</li><li>Keeping work area clean and free of debris</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>We&#39;ll train the right candidate, but most successful candidates have these:</strong></p><ul><li>High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.</li><li>A minimum of one year experience in a customer focused role</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent listening skills and communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a professional image at all times</li><li>Work independently with little direct supervision</li><li>Have a well-balanced concern for both task and people</li><li>Have a genuine concern for needs of customers</li></ul><p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Job requires employee to work a variety of shifts including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.</li><li>Employees will be exposed to cold temperatures when accessing our refrigerated areas.</li><li>Job also requires employee to work with challenging customers and/or situations at times.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Job requires a variety of standing, walking and sitting.</li><li>Job also includes manual and repetitive tasks.</li><li>Individuals will be required to lift, move, and push up to 50lbs</li></ul></p></p>
