Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our client’s warehouse team in Bolton, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring products are handled with care and efficiency.* Pay rate: up to $20.00/hour (based on experience)* Location: Bolton, ON* Shifts available: 5:45am - 3:45pm OR 3:45pm – 1:45am* Schedule: 10 Hour shifts, Rotational, OR Saturday - Tuesday OR Thursday - Sunday * Job type: Full-timeHere's why you should apply:* Paid weekly accurate and on time* Strong health and safety programs* Medical and dental benefits once qualified* Free training programs* New and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:* Pick products from shelves and storage areas based on order sheets or handheld devices.* Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.* Inspect items for quality, quantity, and accuracy before packing.* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.* Assist with loading/unloading shipments as required.* Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.* Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.* Support general warehouse operations as needed.Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience is an asset.* Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
