My client, a professional services firm in Montreal, is looking for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist, to be responsible for Payroll and Benefits for their staff across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Processing payroll for hourly and salaried workers on a bi-weekly basis.
- WCB and EHT submissions
- Processing benefits billing
- RRSP enrolment
- Prepare ROEs.
- Tracking any vacation and time off
- Dealing with inquiries from Service Canada and CRA
Experience
- 2+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
- Full cycle payroll experience in a professional services firm
- Working knowledge of Multi-Provincial Canadian payroll
- Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills
