Payroll Co-Ordinator 3 months Employment Type Contract Location MISSISSAUGA, Ontario Apply SHARE THIS JOB Job Description: Reporting to the Finance Manager, A/P & Payroll, you will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end Canadian payroll for 5,000+ employees across multiple provinces and union contracts
Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal payroll legislation, policies, and government reporting requirements
Manage and reconcile payroll-related accounts and support accounting procedures as required
Administer taxable benefits, pension plans, and related reporting
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations TMGCT Job Requirements: Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on Canadian payroll experience
Experience processing large payrolls (5,000+ employees) across multiple provinces and union environments
Completed or currently pursuing PCP or PLP designation through the Canadian Payroll Association
Extensive knowledge of Canadian payroll administration, taxable benefits, and pension practices
Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional payroll and compliance requirements (union and non-union)
Proficiency with SAP HR/Finance and ADP payroll systems
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills Apply
