Job Description <p>Job Description<p><strong>Job Title: Parts Associate </strong><br /><strong>Job Description </strong><p>The parts associate will be responsible for working alongside the inventory specialist to organize and manage all parts in the parts room, ensuring the production floor is adequately supplied with necessary components. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong><ul><li>Organize and sort parts in the parts room to maintain an efficient workflow. </li><li>Collaborate with the inventory specialist to ensure accurate parts availability. </li><li>Conduct cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records. </li><li>Perform data entry tasks related to parts inventory management. </li><li>Operate a counterbalance forklift to move parts as needed. </li> </ul><strong>Essential Skills </strong><ul><li>Experience in picking parts. </li><li>1+ years of experience in stocking and keeping inventory. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Counterbalance forklift experience. </li> </ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications </strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience working in a parts room. </li><li>Customer service experience. </li><li>High school diploma. </li><li>Experience with inventory control systems. </li> </ul><strong>Why Work Here? </strong> </p><p>We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and prescription drug coverage, along with long-term disability. The work environment is collaborative, with one other person in the parts room.
