    Job Description:

    As an OD Consultant, with a specific focus on two key strategics projects impacting engagement and performance, you will contribute to align and enhance the employee experience while supporting the achievement of our business objectives. As a member of the Talent Management team, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, you will interact directly with leaders and teams in our head office, distribution center and stores across Canada.



    The normal work schedule is a hybrid of 2 days per week in the office/field and 3 days remotely.


    What you do:

    This 1-year contract will be mostly focus on:

    • Developing and implementing an engagement strategy including rolling-out and managing a new survey, defining and supporting action planning and coaching people leaders.
    • Evolving talent management programs and processes with focus on performance management for head office employees.

    • Who you are:

      • Undergraduate degree in human resources, organizational development or related field of study. Graduate studies are an asset.
      • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing engagement surveys with follow-up initiatives.
      • Involvement with robust performance management programs and processes.
      • Demonstrated ability to present, facilitate and lead focus groups and work groups,
      • Demonstrated ability to develop visual presentations and reference materials tailored to different audiences.
      • Must be a bilingual communicator (written and verbal), including facilitation and presentation skills.
      • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong visual presentation skills and attention to detail.
