The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the school bus and garbage truck fleets. The position manages the development, planning, implementation and monitoring of school bus routes and the safe transportation of children to and from school and school activities within established regulations and guidelines and manages a team of drivers. The position also ensures the smooth operation and monitoring of garbage truck operations and drivers.
Key Job Requirements:
- Business administration certificate or diploma.
- Three to five years in operations management, ideally in a school environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Skills: Experience managing diverse teams.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- License: Valid license with a clean driving record.
- 2S License: Required upon employment.
