Job Description


This is a technical hands-on position that involves setting-up/programming Nachi robots in a production facility, and providing automation support when completed. It can also require any one of these aspects separately.

Skills should include:

路 Downloading OLP's (Offline Programs)

路 Setting up Communication with the PLC and peripheral equipment

路 Robot zone setup and dress pack adjustment

路 Robot I/O Configuration

路 Robot Mastering, TCP verification, and Payload setup

路 Auto Debug with PLC and troubleshooting

路 Cycle time reduction and throughput improvement

路 Experience with Spot, Sealing/Dispensing, Stud, MIG, Riveting, Flow Drills, Clinch Guns, and all associated Pedestal Applications with Material Handlers.

路 Experience with Vision is a plus
