We are a home maintenance company that provides interior and exterior painting and staining services to households and commercial buildings. We are currently hiring field marketers to generate leads and schedule estimates to help us reach our 2022 goal of $400,000. About the Job
路聽聽聽聽聽You will be canvassing door to door offering homeowners free estimates for painting and deck/fence staining
路聽聽聽聽聽You will receive training on how to pitch, objection handle, and book estimates with potential clients!
Job Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽Engage in conversations that educate and inform people about our services
路聽聽聽聽聽Increase brand awareness
路聽聽聽聽聽Generate leads (lead = name, phone number, email, and address) and converting these leads into estimates
路聽聽聽聽聽Work in a team environment, working with friends is encouraged
路聽聽聽聽聽Build rapport with customers
路聽聽聽聽聽Potential for future promotions within the company
路聽聽聽聽聽Work locally and flexible schedule
