Role Description:
- Build and establish strong relationship with Regional Head, Regional Deputy, Area Manager & Branch Manager
- Supervise, monitor and lead sales activities for Sharia Sales Team (ASM, FSC) on day-to-day basis to achieve sales target
- Sales initiative, sales process improvement, and new business opportunities.
- Placement in all around Indonesia (based on Prudential Syariah' sales office branches)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5-6 years' experience in sales, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services Industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
