Overview
Pay Range: $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr (plus, shift differentials when applicable)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3p-11p 40 hrs
CURRENT INCENTIVE: $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for 40 hr Nursing Positions, $5,000 for 16-39 hr Nursing Positions

What You’ll Do
As a Nurse, you’ll become an essential part of our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.
- Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices.
- Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
- Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
- Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
What You Bring
- Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
- Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.
- Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
- Language: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!
