We are looking for a compassionate and caring *Licensed Practical Nurse* to join our amazing care team in one of our beautiful care facilities.

Cerwydden Seniors Community – 3243 Cowichan Lake Rd, Duncan BC V9L 4B8
*Line Details:*
* *Temporary Full Time, 0700-1500, 4 on 2 off *
* *Permanent Full Time, 1500-2300, 4 on 2 off*
* *Temporary Part Time, 0700-1500, 2 on 4 off *
*Compensation: $32.84 per hour* plus benefits after probation
*Responsibilities*
* Performs assessments.
* Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
* Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
* Directly supervises care staff to meet resident’s needs.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
* Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
* Current CPR and First Aid certification.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
* Cultural education and experience are preferred
