<b>Junior Paralegal<br></b><br>
Contribute to the meticulous management of corporate annual obligations. This role offers a structured, hybrid, and bilingual environment, ideal for an entry-level paralegal seeking to specialize in the processing of regulatory filings and compliance follow-ups in support of an established legal practice.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>

<br>• Prepare and file annual corporate returns under provincial and federal jurisdictions.<br>
<br>• Ensure corporate records remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations.<br>
<br>• Update corporate records, including minute books and shareholder registers.<br>
<br>• Collaborate with lawyers, clients, and government authorities in both French and English, depending on the files.<br>
<br>• Manage regulatory follow-ups and deadline reminders to prevent non-compliance.<br>
<br>• Review and organize legal documents within internal systems.<br>
<br>• Respond to internal and external requests related to statutory filings.<br>
<br>• Participate in the continuous improvement of existing processes.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:<br></b>

<br>• Diploma in legal techniques or a degree in law.<br>
<br>• 1 year of experience in a similar role, in a law firm or corporate setting.<br>
<br>• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Canadian corporations.<br>
<br>• Bilingual in French and English to manage communications, legal documents, and filings with federal or provincial authorities in both official languages.<br>
<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.<br>
<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>
<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discipline.<br>
<br>• Team-oriented mindset with a strong internal client service approach.<br>
