<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Company</strong><br />RYSE (helloryse.com) is a smart home technology company focused on motorized window shades.<br />We design and build our own hardware.<br />We sell direct to consumers and through major platforms.<br />We have real revenue, real customers, and active growth plans.</p><p>RYSE is raising capital from retail and accredited investors.<br />This role exists to turn investor interest into closed investments.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br />You own the phone.<br />You speak with prospective investors who have already shown interest.<br />Your goal is simple.<br />Close investments.</p><p>This is a commission-only role built for people who want upside.<br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Call warm and inbound investor leads provided by RYSE</li><li>Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls every day</li><li>Qualify investors based on interest, capacity, and timing</li><li>Clearly explain RYSE’s business, traction, and investment terms</li><li>Deliver a structured investment pitch and move conversations to a decision</li><li>Handle objections related to risk, timing, and commitment size</li><li>Push for the close and secure verbal and written investment commitments</li><li>Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and email</li><li>Track all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM</li><li>Hit weekly call targets and monthly close targets</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You Are Selling</strong></p><ul><li>Equity investments in RYSE</li><li>Reg CF and Reg A style offerings</li><li>Retail and accredited investors</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>2 plus years in outbound or phone-based sales</li><li>Proven experience closing deals over the phone</li><li>Experience selling financial products, investments, or high-ticket offers</li><li>Strong objection-handling skills</li><li>Comfort discussing money, risk, and commitment directly</li><li>Track record in commission-driven roles</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Investor relations or capital raising</li><li>Equity crowdfunding or private placements</li><li>Financial services, wealth products, or alternative investments</li><li>High-volume call environments</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>Aggressive but controlled</li><li>Results-focused and numbers-driven</li><li>Comfortable hearing no and pushing forward</li><li>Motivated by commission and performance</li><li>Able to follow a script and still sound natural</li><li>Organized enough to manage a fast-moving pipeline</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Performance Expectations</strong></p><ul><li>Daily call minimums</li><li>Fast response time to new leads</li><li>Consistent follow-up until the deal closes or exits the pipeline</li><li>Clear contribution to total capital raised</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Commission only</li><li>Paid per closed investment</li><li>Commission scales with performance</li><li>No cap on earnings</li></ul></p></p>
