Job Description:

In this Intermediate Accountant role duties will include the following:

  • Post and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Manage accounts receivable (AR), including monitoring overdue accounts and following up on collections.

  • Handle accounts payable (AP), including posting payables and ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

  • Proficiency with NetSuite

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
