Inside/Outside Sales Representative
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join a dynamic Inside Commercial Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through various communication channels to promote solutions. You will be marketing and selling a variety of products to commercial clients including, Energy Conservation products, Commodity Hedging, Power Factor Correction, Smart LED Lighting, Solar.
JOB DESCRIPTION
•       Make outbound calls in a call center environment to potential customers and warm leads
•       Managing and growing our client base.
•       Book appointments with commercial clients to meet with a senior sales consultant.
•       Follow up with clients on booked appointments and follow throughs
•       Respond to inquiries and engage with customers via phone, email
•       Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
•       Support the senior sales team with lead management and follow-ups
•       Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
•       This is a Monday to Friday position
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•       Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets.
•       Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
•       Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
•       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
•       Conduct regular account reviews to identify client needs and potential challenges.
•       Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
•       Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
•       Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
