The Call Center at Skin Vitality plays a pivotal role as we engage with our patients through diverse communication channels. Responsibilities encompass a range of duties such as:
* Fielding inbound calls and inquiries from clients
* Engaging with clients via social media and email
* Providing detailed information on products and services
* Following up with client’s post-treatment
* Contact Center and Call Center rolls are available.

Our operational hours are:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Please note: Candidates must be currently eligible to work in Canada to be considered for this position.
