Immigration Case Analyst– Bilingual French
Full Time, Perm, Hybrid after probation 1-2 days in office
Location: Toronto, M5H 3S5
Salary: $50-$60K
Shift: Mon-Fri – 9am-5pm - (40 hours/wk.)

We are seeking a bilingual legal professional (English/French) who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. As an Immigration Case Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in intake, processing, and follow-up of client files. Depending on your experience and tenure, you will work on various types of immigration files with increasing autonomy.
You’ll have the opportunity to build expertise in immigration applications such as:
- LMIA
- Work Permits
- Sponsorship
- Express Entry
- Investor Programs
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing updates throughout the file lifecycle
- Complete government forms, draft submission letters, review client information, and follow up on outstanding items
- Conduct research and leverage government resources to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage assigned files, including billing processes and invoice approvals
- Schedule client meetings and ensure all timelines, expiry dates, and key deadlines are met
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate (required)
- Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
- 1+ years previous Canadian immigration or legal administrative experience (LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, Sponsorship, Work Permit applications) is an asset
- Excellent writing, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
