<p>Company Details<br>Company Name:<br>NS Vaughan Employer</p><p>Industry:<br>Health care and social assistance</p><p>Location:<br>Vaughan, Ontario</p><p>Employment Details<br>Number of Positions:<br>2</p><p>Working Hours:<br>9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and some weekends</p><p>Summary Of Duties</p><ul><li>Support community education sessions and group activities</li><li>Network with existing Tenancy Risk Reduction Services program community partners</li><li>Identify potential new partners and assist with developing new service partnerships</li><li>Work with clients one on one, and in support groups</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience working with clients living with mental health conditions</li><li>Knowledge of hoarding disorder and harm reduction approach</li><li>Experience in community health setting</li><li>Experience facilitating groups and assisting with development and recruitment</li><li>Experience with delivering presentations</li><li>Knowledge of the health care system</li><li>Knowledge of local community resources</li><li>Microsoft office experience</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively with a team.</li><li>First Aid certification required.</li><li>Vehicle and valid Ontario driver's license required.</li></ul>
