Our client is a profitable Canadian-run business specializing in B2B and B2C AV systems and solutions! Established in 2008, they have already cornered a significant portion of the market. Their systems are already set up in 7 large facilities where B2C and B2B clients can take advantage of their advanced AV systems and products!
They are looking for a Head of Sales to manage their internal sales team!

- They do over 1000 weddings a year

About You
- You are an entrepreneurial leader with a track record of success leading cross-functional teams
- You have a background in hospitality, hotels, events, conventions etc.
- Ideally, this person will have 3-5 years of experience of leadership experience
- The best candidate has experience creating strategic go-to-market plans, and planning for new strategic ways to break into new markets.
Compensation: Base: $110K-$120K + commissions + vacation, full benefits and much more!
