Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled, reliable and honest handyman to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills like plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry work. This individual should be experienced in home and office repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical and painting
- Repair and replace fixtures, doors, windows, and other components.
- Inspect and diagnose issues to determineproper solutions.
- Assemble and install furniture and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Keep track of tools and materials, ensuring they are in good condition and properly stored.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Proficiency in various repair and maintenance techniques
- Valid drivers license.
- Forklift and Bobcat Operator
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks.
