<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: 30-35<br /><p>About Us</p><p>We are a fast-paced and growing sign manufacturing company specializing in custom signage solutions for businesses across Western Canada. From large-scale pylon and channel letter signs to vinyl graphics and vehicle wraps, we design and build with precision, creativity, and craftsmanship.</p><p>As our in-house Graphic Designer, youll play a key role in bridging creativity with production. Youll be responsible for designing client artwork, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring brand consistency across all projects.</p><p><br /></p><p>What Youll Do</p><ul><li>Collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams to bring client concepts to life.</li><li>Create custom designs for signage, vehicle graphics, decals, and other branding projects.</li><li>Prepare artwork for production, including setting up print files, vinyl cut paths, and CNC.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Maintain brand standards for client projects and internal company materials.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, print ads, and presentations.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What Were Looking For</p><ul><li>Diploma/degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).</li><li>Knowledge of CorelDRAW and/or sign-specific software considered a strong asset.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Experience preparing files for large format printing, vinyl plotting, and CNC routing is preferred.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Why Join Us?</p><ul><li>Be part of a hands-on, creative industry where your designs become large-scale realities.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits.</li><li>MondayFriday schedule, with occasional overtime for project deadlines.</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a dynamic and expanding company.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>How to Apply</p><p>Submit your resume and portfolio (PDF or online link) to: <span >swoodman@onsitesign.com</span><br />Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.</p></p></p>
