The Graphic Design and Event Coordinator role involves creating visually engaging materials for various events, such as posters, invitations, and social media graphics.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for coordinating event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and scheduling. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.



Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, and advertisements.
Create digital content for our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
Produce high-quality graphics for print production, including signage, banners, posters, and event collaterals for trade shows.
Assist with photography and photo editing tasks, including image retouching, and color correction.
Coordinate all aspects of trade show and event logistics, including, but not limited to booth registrations, booth design, on-site coordination and troubleshooting, travel arrangements, equipment setup and teardowns, shipping, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to devise engaging and interactive displays that effectively showcase our products.
Develop strategies to attract and engage event attendees, focusing on driving lead generation.
Assist in the development and execution of pre-event marketing strategies, including promotional materials, social media campaigns, and email communications to generate awareness.
Manage the comprehensive planning and execution of events, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, scheduling meetings with stakeholders, and liaising with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all necessary resources and services are secured.
Keep track of promotional materials, giveaways, and other event-related items, ensuring that an adequate supply is maintained.
Ideate, create, and deploy digital and physical marketing materials to sales rep network, maintaining a steady drip of fresh materials throughout the year.
Ensure completion of all digital outreach through social media and email blasts.
Compile all collected leads and confirm outreach deployment.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the outcomes and success of each event, identifying areas of improvement, and provide comprehensive reports summarizing event outcomes with recommendations for enhancement.
Ensure the proper storage of event materials and repackaging/repairing of damaged goods so that they are prepared for the next event.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.



Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital materials.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing social media scheduling tools.
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
