Position
Relevant du directeur exécutif, Santé des femmes et marques établies, le/la gestionnaire national.e des ventes dirigera une équipe de représentant.e.s expérimenté.e.s en Ontario et Québec. Il/elle accomplira ses tâches en toute conformité avec l'engagement d'Organon envers le programme Valeurs et normes, les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, les normes de l'industrie ainsi que toutes les lois et tous les règlements applicables. Ceci inclut l'obligation de déclarer tous les effets indésirables (EI) et les plaintes relatives à la qualité des produits (PQP) selon la politique d'Organon et les règlements de Santé Canada.

Responsabilités

  • L'atteinte des objectifs de vente territoriaux (ON et QC) dans une approche d'Ă©quipe collaborative et une vision de l'esprit de croissance.
  • DĂ©veloppement d'une culture de gestion de compte avec divers clients (Professionnels de la santĂ©, Comptes, RĂ©seaux) par le biais d'examens rĂ©guliers des affaires, de l'identification/Ă©valuation des opportunitĂ©s, de la mise en Ĺ“uvre efficace de tactiques et de l'Ă©valuation des rĂ©sultats.
  • Favorise la prise de dĂ©cision fondĂ©e sur les donnĂ©es grâce Ă  une comprĂ©hension approfondie de l'activitĂ© et Ă  l'analyse de diverses sources de donnĂ©es et d'informations.
  • Superviser la croissance et le dĂ©veloppement personnel des reprĂ©sentants et crĂ©er un environnement qui favorise et soutient l'engagement et la rĂ©tention des employĂ©s.
  • Effectuer des visites sur le terrain avec les reprĂ©sentants et s'engager dans des discussions continues de coaching/feedback.
  • Établir et maintenir une liaison Ă©troite avec les leaders scientifiques et les parties prenantes.
  • Agir comme un lien essentiel entre le siège social et le terrain.
  • Collaborer Ă©troitement avec l'Ă©quipe du siège social sur le plan stratĂ©gique et l'exĂ©cution tactique efficace.
  • Inspirer une culture inclusive qui favorise l'engagement et l'innovation des employĂ©s.
  • Collaborer/aligner sur les prioritĂ©s, les processus et le dĂ©ploiement des tactiques communiquĂ©s Ă  la force de vente avec d'autres chefs d'entreprise au sein de l'organisation.
  • Le rĂ´le exige un minimum de 50 % de dĂ©placements entre le QuĂ©bec et l'Ontario, incluant au moins 5 nuitĂ©es par mois.

Éducation, Expérience et Compétences Requises

  • BaccalaurĂ©at, MBA un atout.
  • ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques.
  • Sens aigu des affaires et esprit d'entreprise.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  obtenir des rĂ©sultats de vente dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  effectuer une analyse approfondie des ventes et Ă  Ă©laborer des plans d'affaires stratĂ©giques.
  • Solides compĂ©tences en coaching, formation et leadership.
  • Autonome et proactif.
  • CapacitĂ© d'adaptation au changement.
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en matière d'organisation, de prĂ©sentation et de communication.
  • Connaissance des normes, lois et rĂ©glementations de l'industrie.
  • MaĂ®trise de la bureautique et des logiciels connexes
  • La maĂ®trise du français et de l'anglais est obligatoire, car le poste couvre les rĂ©gions du QuĂ©bec et de l'Ontario.

Éducation, Expérience et Compétences Préférées

  • ExpĂ©rience en santĂ© des femmes, idĂ©alement en contraception et thĂ©rapie de remplacement hormonal, le domaine de la dermatologie et mĂ©decine respiratoire considĂ©rĂ© Ă©tant un atout.
  • ExpĂ©rience antĂ©rieure en gestion de personnes et lancement de produits sont des atouts.
  • Une expĂ©rience prĂ©alable en gestion des comptes clĂ©s (nĂ©gociations contractuelles, accords de remise, formations liĂ©es aux services, etc.) constitue un atout.

Secondary Job Description
The Position
Reporting to the Executive Director, Women's Health and Established Brands, the National Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team of experienced representatives in Ontario & Quebec. He/she will complete his/her tasks in a manner fully consistent with Organon's commitment to our Values and Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards and all laws and regulations. This includes the obligation to report all adverse effects (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs) as per Organon policy and Health Canada regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of territorial (ON & QC) sales objectives in a collaborative team approach and a growth mindset vision
  • Development of an account management culture with various customers (Individual HCPs, Accounts, Networks) through regular business reviews, identification/assessment of opportunities, effective implementation of tactics and evaluation of results
  • Drives data-decision making through thorough understanding of the business and analysis of various data sources and insights
  • Oversee the sales representative's personal growth, development and creates an environment which fosters and supports employee engagement and retention
  • Conducts field visits with the representatives and engages in on-going coaching/feedback discussions
  • Build and maintain close liaison with scientific leaders and stakeholders
  • Act as a critical link between the Head office and the field
  • Closely collaborate with the head office team on strategic plan and effective tactical execution
  • Inspire an inclusive culture that promotes employee engagement and innovation
  • Collaborate/align on priorities, processes and tactics deployment communicated to the Sales force with other business managers within the organization
  • Requires a minimum of 50% travel between Quebec and Ontario, including at least 5 overnight stays per month.

Required Education, Experience, And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA an asset
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong business acumen & Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Track record of delivering sales results in a challenging, dynamic environment
  • Ability to perform in-depth sales analysis and develop strategic business plans
  • Strong coaching, training, and leadership abilities
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Adaptable to change
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication capabilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards, laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in office technology and related software
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English) is mandatory, as the role supports both Quebec and Ontario regions.

Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills

  • Experience & knowledge in Women's Health, ideally in Contraception and Hormone Replacement Therapy, the area of Dermatology, and Respiratory medicine considered an asset
  • Previous people management experience and previous new product launch experience are assets
  • Previous Key Account Management experience (contractual negotiations, rebate agreements, service related training, etc...) is an asset.
