The opportunity:
This is an in-office position, reporting to the Senior Director, Practice Marketing. In this role, you will be functioning as a trusted consultant, leading the Marketing for an assigned portfolio of practices and helping them achieve measurable impact. You will work closely with Operations, cross functional teams and directly with our practices. You are the face of Marketing to the practices.
Responsibilities:
Proactive regional practice portfolio management through data and insights
Ongoing portfolio optimization/marketing funnel/deep dive and results presentations to Operations and practices
Competitive practice scorecards (Fee guide/pricing, reputation management, organic placement, paid placement, local presence management, etc.)
Leverage patient insights, analytics, and marketing research to inform practice growth opportunities
Monthly KPI reviews with Operations highlighting opportunities and action plans to drive growth
Own Marketing action plans for the bottom 10 practices
Build and nurture practice relationships
Right size practice budgets and ensure Marketing run rates are in line with practice budgets through monthly reconciliation
Deliver against inefficient cost reductions, in partnership with Operations
Complimentary Marketing plan development
Yearly practice playbook development
Proactively contribute to a collaborative and supportive partnership within Marketing and other disciplines including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Real Estate, Talent
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Self-starter with exceptional project management abilities including managing budgets, vendors and deadlines
Must be able to work independently and within a larger team
Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills.
Relationship builder: natural ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external partners
