We’re searching for* an* *enthusiastic hands-on General Sales Manager with a passion for Used Vehicle Operations and Acquisition* to join the team and contribute to our dealership’s success!
Your strong leadership skills, acquisition focus, and knowledge of financing operations will be essential to motivate growth, and profitability in both our used, and total variable operations. *Core Responsibilities:*

* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability and increase market share;
* Oversee inventory management and utilize all sources to improve acquisition results, and grow the used vehicle department – with optimal mix, strategic pricing, turn and aged policies in place;
* Lead, mentor, inspire and train the Sales team and sales support staff, setting clear expectations, targets and measurements for both individual, and team performance;
* Manage the FSM team fostering unity, strategic desk management and customer experience;
* Manage the variable operations budget effectively, controlling expenses and maximizing software tools to boost performance and profitability.


*Qualifications:*

* Minimum 3 years of automotive GSM experience with a proven record in Used Vehicle Operations;
* Strong proficiency in software systems such as VAuto, TMS, Autovance and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
* High degree of Emotional Intelligence with sound communication and decision-making skills;
* Commitment to continuous learning in an evolving industry for yourself, and the team;
* A valid Class G driver’s license and an OMVIC.
