This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Whitehorse, YT. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining property standards, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Experience in hotel management, hospitality operations, and staff leadership
• Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement business and marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience with property management systems and hotel technology is a plus
