Our family office partner is looking to bring on a GM/President to lead two of their manufacturing facilities. This role will report to the Holding Company President. Looking for a leader to bring the facility up to 21 century manufacturing practices. The facility currently has 65 employees on roster and top line revenue is north of $20m. The facility is 75,000sqft of heavy machining and metal fabrication.
- Ability to lead facility to new heights through lean processes.
- Lead customer interactions and best practices based on job scope.
- Hands on leader, floor to board mentality.
- Ability to drive cultural change and shop moral
Must Haves:
- Engineering degree or 10+ years in heavy machining or manufacturing
- Exposure leading P&L north of $20m
- Knowledge of MRO programs, machining concepts or metal fabrication
