We’re Hiring a General Manager for our downtown Toronto location!

What You’ll Do:
- Champion a culture of fun, energy, and enthusiasm across the restaurant.
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow sales and maintain profitability.
- Foster a supportive environment by coaching, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on guest and team satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- A passion for hospitality, a love for great food and drinks, and a commitment to ensuring a fun atmosphere for everyone.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $90,000–$95,000 plus a generous annual bonus structure of $20,000–$25,000.
